Official Language

The official language of the Congress will be English. All lectures and presentations will be given in the English language only.

Hotel Accommodation

We have reserved rooms in hotels of all categories in Athens - most of them within walking distance of the Convention Centre - only for the delegates and their companions. Early booking is essential in order to secure accommodation at special rates.

Name Badge

All participants and accompanying persons must wear the Congress identification badge in a visible place. Entrance to meeting halls, poster and exhibition areas will not be permitted to any person without a badge.

Disabled Persons

In the conference Hotel there is access for disabled persons. You are kindly requested to indicate any special need when you fill in your registration form. If special arrangements are required for an individual with a disability to attend the congress, please contact the congress secretariat.

Visual Equipment

Data video projector and a PC will be available in every meeting room. Personal laptops are not allowed. All speakers are kindly requested to contact the Speakers' Ready Corner at least two hours before their presentations.

Telephone - Mobile Phones

Participants are kindly requested to deactivate their mobile phones before entering the Congress halls during the sessions.

Commercial Exhibition

A commercial exhibition will be located at the Congress Venue from December 11th to December 14th, 2011. Exhibitors will be provided with a unique opportunity to promote innovative products, pharmaceuticals, dietary interventions, modern equipment and technologies to a discerning international professional audience. Lost and Found

Lost items should be handed in at the Congress Information Desk. Should you lose anything, please report to this desk for assistance.

The Organiser bears no responsibility whatsoever for injury or damage involving persons and property during the Congress. Participants are advised to take out their own personal insurance.
